Recruitment Fraud Alert

Recruitment Fraud Alert

Hillenbrand has been made aware of a phishing scam where individuals pretending to be Hillenbrand associates, email job descriptions, interview questions, and fake offer letters. While these documents appear legitimate, they are not.

Hillenbrand and its Operating Companies do not ask for any financial commitment at any stage of the recruitment or onboarding process and will not ask candidates to provide personal information through other means, like social media platforms, as part of our interview or onboarding process. Never send money to anyone suggesting they can provide employment through Hillenbrand or a Hillenbrand entity. You would never receive a job offer without, at a minimum, meeting with team members through a phone call, virtual interview, or onsite interview.
